Excellent 1:1 guidance. All first timers, but felt immediately comfortable with the technique. The trainer was amazing, perfect personality, skilled, and made everyone feel comfortable. I will HANDS DOWN do this again. I am inviting all of my friends to go with me! (For reference, ages 43x2, 14 and 10.).
